Delivery & Returns

This information relates only to purchases made from our online shop. If you have a query about a purchase from one of our international flagship stores, please contact the store directly.


UK delivery options:

2nd Class (not tracked): 4-5 working days - £5.00
1st Class (not tracked): 2-3 working days - £6.50
Courier Service (tracked): next working day* - £10.00

*orders must be placed by 12 noon UK time for next day delivery.

Customers are liable for all customs tax and duty payable. 

If we have been unable to deliver your parcel and it is returned to our warehouse we will contact you regarding a refund. If we do not receive instructions from you within 2 weeks we will automatically refund your order.

International Orders

International orders with a value over £15 are either sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed or via a Courier service depending on the order size. You will receive tracking information by email once the order has been despatched. Please note you will need to track your parcel directly with the courier. Orders with a value below £15 will not be tracked.

For overseas orders our delivery charges vary. Once you have added your chosen item(s) to your shopping basket, you will be asked to enter your destination to calculate the delivery costs.

We ship worldwide, the following table shows the estimated delivery times for the most common delivery countries:

Delivery estimates for countries not on this list:

Countries in the EU: allow 10 days for Royal Mail delivery and 1 week for courier delivery.

Countries in the rest of the world: allow 2 weeks for Royal Mail delivery and 10 days for courier delivery.

Product Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, however, you would like to return an item, please do so within 30 days.

To arrange a product refund, please fill in the form below.

Customers are responsible for all returns costs. 

Items must be in original condition and returned with the original sales receipt. 

We are only able to refund delivery charges if the item(s) were damaged or faulty upon delivery.

Please note, refunds can only be made to the original card used to make the order. If this is not possible, then we will raise a gift voucher for the correct value.
